"OSU is required by Oklahoma State Statute Title 74, Section 78, to submit a Fleet Management report to the State Fleet Management Division on a monthly basis. In order to send accurate Fleet Management reports to the State of Oklahoma, complete information must be compiled for each university-owned vehicle. An accurate report of all monthly expenses incurred outside of the OSU Motor Pool Complex for each individual vehicle in your department must be compiled on a monthly basis by your department and submitted to Transportation Services. In addition, mileage for each individual vehicle must be recorded on the last working day of each month. Please return all compiled information to the Motor Pool no later than the 10th of the each month. The Fleet Management Division of the State of Oklahoma has expressed their need for accurate and timely reporting.
